Short, sharp animations for a smarter workplace, created for Nationwide via Sequel Group.
How do you inspire thousands of employees to think differently about their future at work — in ten seconds or less?
Partnering with Sequel Group for Nationwide, I helped create a series of short-form motion pieces focused on digital skills, customer support, and evolving ways of working. These were shared across Nationwide’s internal channels to prompt conversation and curiosity, each using punchy typography and minimal motion to grab attention fast.
I animated a combined edit of the series to bring all six pieces together into a smooth, thought-provoking narrative.
Minimal Motion, Maximum Message
Each spot focused on a key shift — from analogue to digital, reactive to proactive, in-branch to intuitive. While most of the text stayed simple and still, I used kinetic flourishes to elevate key moments: “swipe” sliced into frame, “sign” looped off like handwriting, and “speak easy” unfolded with clarity.
The aim? Motion that feels purposeful, light, and human — never flashy for the sake of it.
